S. Villa Drive Project
This project involved a total lawn overhaul including the removal of a large bush, weed treatment, de-thatching, aerating, seeding, laying peat moss, watering, and strategic mowing.
Our customers at this project had a very large bush outside their front picture window that they asked us to remove. After removal, we began by treating the lawn with a special weed killer and then de-thatched and aerated the lawn to prepare it for grass seed. We spread tall fescue grass seed and then covered it in a layer of peat moss to aid in moisture retention and soil fertilization. We watered this lawn regularly as well as educated the homeowners on proper watering techniques. Finally, we did some strategic mowing once the germination process was underway to ensure the best health of the new grass.
We do our best to educate each customer on how to care for his or her new lawn and maintain it properly to ensure the lawn stays lush and healthy. We are also more than happy to continue to care for the lawn by providing routine lawn care maintenance services for the duration of the growing season.
